Chef Ariana is the head chef and owner of Atelier Ariana. She has worked in kitchens from the age of 19, in Detroit, London, Paris, and New York City. It had been her life-long dream to open a place of her own.

An early career steeped in the traditions of French pâtisserie lead her to Paris. After 6 years in the pastry capital of the world, she was presented with opportunities at some of the most prestigious establishments. It was at this time that she decided to finally realize her dream.

In January 2020, Chef Ariana left Paris and moved to NYC. When covid-19 turned the world unrecognizable, she was forced to rethink her dream, and the Pop-up Pâtisseries on Dennett Pl were born. From her stoop in the heart of Carroll Gardens, neighbors lined up every week to purchase freshly baked viennoiseries and pâtisseries.

 

Four years after the first Pop-up Pâtisserie, Chef Ariana found the perfect new home for Atelier Ariana. A few blocks from the original stoop, you can visit Atelier Ariana for artisanal baked goods, teas, and coffees. Here, Chef Ariana’s commitment to quality, community, and craft shine.
