Class Policies
Participation Policies for Public Classes:
Classes will only be taught if a minimum of 3 participants have signed up. Though it is rare, if the minimum is not reached, you will be notified of the cancelation at least 48 hours in advance, and you will promptly receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
All classes are for adults only, unless otherwise specified. Children under the age of 14 are asked to sign up for a kids or family class.
You will be asked to follow all of Chef’s instructions. If you fail to do so, you may be asked to leave the class before its completion.
Refund Policy for Classes:
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we ask that you reach out at least 5 days in advance. If you need to cancel within shorter notice, we offer a partial refund of 50% or you may reschedule* if there is another class available before 48 hours prior. Within 48 hours of the scheduled class, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or free rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that class reservations must be rescheduled within one year of the class date to be considered valid.
Policies for Private Classes:
Once you have received the recipes, the class is considered confirmed.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed class, you will receive a 25% refund up to 72 hours before the class. Within 72 hours of the confirmed class date, no refunds will be issued.
If you wish to reschedule a confirmed class, you will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee.
